The Team
Brad Ettleman – President & CEO, Founder
Brad supplies a vast knowledge of horse show production as the manager and producer of numerous national and world championship shows and events. Brad is well versed in large-scale equine event planning, is an award-winning horse show manager and a proficient event coordinator. Brad offers unparallel relationships with breed associations of all types, is diverse in his understanding of various disciplines and has been instrumental in the success of many famous horse shows. As testament to his reach into our industry, Brad was recently named a discipline manager to the 2010 World Equestrian Games as well as Colorado State University Equine Science Program Young Alumnus of the Year. Brad serves on committees, boards and working groups for scores of national horse entities within the industry and strives to lead the equine industry into the next era of successes both domestically and abroad.

Beth Ettleman – Director of Administration, Asst. Production Manager
Beth has been around horses her entire life. She started riding at a very young age competing in 4-H, High School Rodeo and qualifying for multiple National Finals Rodeo. Upon graduating from Fort Scott College on a rodeo scholarship, Beth went on to work for the prestigious Fountain Valley School as the Director of Western Riding for half a decade before joining the HorsePower team. She continues to train and show in ranch horse events and rodeoing. Beth takes care of the HorsePower bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivables, as well as the “front of house” productions at our events including scoring systems and music.

Cajsa Andersson – Show Office Manager
An active horsewoman since the age of 7, Cajsa is a native to Sweden and first joined the HorsePower, Inc. team as the office manager for the FEI World Reining Final in 2011. Pronounced like 'Kye-zah', Cajsa is proficient in show office organization, secretarial duties as they relate to the event and always has a smile on her face. Aside from teaching us new phrases in Swedish, Cajsa also brings a high level of professionalism and corporate knowledge to the team. When not working at one of our events, Cajsa and her daughter enjoy showing their show horse in the Swedish and Nordic show circuit. Cajsa is a certificed show secretary in many of the affiliates and national governing bodies with whom HorsePower, Inc. does business and, along with her daughter Miki, is an important part of the efficiency and productivity of the show office at our best-run events. Cajsa's professional background includes long tenures with major corporate firms like IKEA and OP Systems AB, where she has held property and finance manager position, respectively. HorsePower, Inc. is lucky to have Cajsa running the office at our major events and we know you'll fall for her kindness and respect her proficiency just as we have done. ...and if you're nice to her, she might share some Swedish treats with you.
